A message from our Pastor

There is no doubt that the institution of the local church is of divine origin. When you consider all that the church is and does and realize that this work will go on through all eternity, only God could make that happen.

When I then look at our church family, the Pleasantview Baptist Church, I am made to realize that, not only is it a divine work, but also it is a work that is abundantly blessed by God. Only God could have brought together a group of people that are so loving, caring, giving, talented, and motivated to service and worship by the Holy Spirit. Every person is someone special; every worship service is filled with God's presence; every ministry is Christ-centered.

The faces on the following pages, are faces of people who have been brought, by the divine gift of salvation, into the family of God and by the divine leadership of the Holy Spirit, into the Pleasantview family. God has done this!
